With over 30 years of experience spanning small business ownership, financing, hospitality, event production, executive support, and corporate business operations, Stacy Givens is widely recognized as a “Go To” and “Get It Done” professional in every role she undertakes. As the inaugural Franchise Owner of “As You Wish South Denver,” she is uniquely positioned to build and mentor a team of dedicated Lifestyle Coordinators and Event Planners, dedicated to alleviating obstacles and stress for our valued clients. Stacy brings a vibrant energy and a commitment to excellence to her work every day.
Outside of her professional endeavors, she prioritizes health and fitness, engaging in Peloton Fitness and Pilates to maintain balance. Stacy is also a proud mother of a grown son and cherishes her role as “GiGi” to two wonderful grandchildren.
Denise Olson

Denise is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience as an Executive Assistant, emerging as a dynamic force in efficiencies and project management. Her expertise transcends the conventional boundaries of executive support, encompassing a rich background in event execution, logistics, and navigating the complexities of dynamic professional lives.
Beyond her role as a proficient executive manager, Denise is a skilled relationship builder, demonstrating a natural talent for fostering meaningful connections. When not orchestrating and planning for others, she dedicates her time to creating enriching experiences with her three boys and friends, exploring new destinations, and embarking on adventures that add vibrant chapters to her life story.
In moments of relaxation, Denise finds joy in simple pleasures—leisurely walks with her loyal companion, Sage, and maintaining an active lifestyle. This seamless fusion of professional excellence and a zest for life positions Denise as a versatile and dynamic individual, thriving both in supporting busy professionals and the realm of personal adventures.
Amanda Choi
Event Planner & Lifestyle Coordinator
Amanda holds 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry with expertise in luxury travel, account management, five-star hotels, and comprehensive event planning. Her career includes working directly with C-suite executives and high-net-worth families, providing exceptional service and personalized attention to detail.
Currently serving as a Lifestyle Coordinator with "As You Wish," Amanda is renowned for her genuine relationship-building skills and her keen eye for organization and efficiency. She excels in enhancing day-to-day life through meticulously planned social events and creative gift crafting. Amanda's consistency, positive attitude, and passion for helping others achieve their goals set her apart in the industry.
Outside of her professional life, Amanda is an avid gardener, vacationer, skier, and birding enthusiast. She also maintains an active lifestyle by teaching barre workout classes. Residing in Denver, Amanda enjoys a vibrant family life with her husband, Justin, and their two children, Calvin (born in 2018) and Eleanor (born in 2021). In her downtime, she loves to host brunch and dinner parties for friends, relax with leisurely walks, or attend yoga classes when she's not teaching barre.
Isabelle Reddington
Lifestyle Coordinator
Isabelle is a recent graduate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business. Raised in Highlands Ranch, CO, she brings a wealth of experience from the service, hospitality, and event planning industries. Isabelle is adept at integrating her extensive knowledge into her professional pursuits, consistently demonstrating a commitment to alleviating client stress and ensuring their satisfaction.
Currently serving as a lifestyle coordinator, Isabelle is also expanding her career into the real estate sector. Her ability to leverage her diverse skill set from both fields allows her to create exceptional value for her clients. Known for her trustworthiness and reliability, Isabelle has a reputation for exceeding expectations.
Outside of work, Isabelle maintains a healthy lifestyle through daily morning walks, weight training, and HotWorx. She values quality time with friends and family, whether enjoying a lively night out or a quiet evening at home. Additionally, she finds joy in reading and keeping up with her favorite Bravo shows.
Sage Fennig
Senior Event Planner & Lifestyle Coordinator
Sage has a unique background which includes small business ownership and over 20 years of extensive experience in the luxury hospitality and automobile industries. For much of her career she has specialized in luxury travel and VIP events. She feels at home working with C-suite executives and high-net-worth families for which she knows how to provide exceptional, detailed, relationship-based service.
Currently serving as a Senior Event Planner & Lifestyle Coordinator with "As You Wish," Sage is known for her positive, upbeat, can-do attitude. She thrives in building and maintaining client relationships and goes above and beyond in all she does. Her willingness to think outside of the norm, lead through action, and remain flexible, all while upholding high standards of service is what sets her apart.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Sage enjoys an active lifestyle where she prioritizes health and wellness. She loves being a mom to her growing daughter, Elise, and a wife to her husband, Derek. Many times, you can find them as a family cheering on local sport teams, on the ski slopes or spending quality time with close friends and family.
