Allison Welch

CEO & Founder

After working as an event planner, executive and personal assistant for over a decade, Allison Farrar Welch founded As You Wish in 2010. Allison’s passion for planning and organizing, as well as her signature blend of personalization and seamless services, has enabled her to successfully execute high-profile charity fundraisers and casual cocktail gatherings from New York City to Aspen.

Allison earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Coastal Carolina University while also receiving her certification in Meeting & Event Planning from the University of North Carolina. She is involved with various charities around Denver and enjoys yoga, hiking and spending time with her family and friends.

Bryn Zitnik

Partner & COO

Bryn Thompson joined the As You Wish Lifestyle team to support franchise operations for organizational success as we expand into new markets. Bryn brings the perfect blend of hospitality, sales, and technology operation experience. She has worked with multiple companies on their global expansion goals, operation models, and opening new markets.

Bryn is a proud Tennessee VOL. In her spare time, Bryn enjoys skiing, hanging with her nephews, playing tennis, and completing home projects.

Claire Coleman

Originally from a small town across the pond in the UK, Claire holds an impressive background in travel logistics, complex planning and event management.

A role in entertainment travel, organizing travel logistics for high profile bands and music artists on global tours, brought her to Los Angeles where she worked for 5 years and progressed into a supervisory role. After meeting her husband and starting a family she made the move to beautiful Colorado in 2021.

With a desire to expand her skill set and serve others, Claire has pursued an entrepreneurial journey over the past few years, owning her own business serving wedding professionals with marketing and design projects. A continued passion for the event industry also led her to begin working as an Event Manager for a nearby venue.

With her exceptional organization skills, creative flair and keen attention to detail she is so excited to join the As You Wish Boulder team to help clients execute memorable events and save valuable time with personalized assistance services.

Outside of her professional life Claire loves exploring the mountains of Colorado, hiking, biking, paddle boarding, spending time with her family and zumba dancing!
